We will ensure that they are handled and accounted for properly under general accounting principles or in accordance with the governing document (i.e., trust and LLC operating agreements, loan documents, estate gifting plans).
Our approach to bill payment is very simple – we will collect your bills and send you a list of what is due (including scans of the invoice itself if you choose). Once you authorize, we initiate payment, which takes various forms based on your comfort level and desires.
Whether you are traveling or at a second home, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that nothing is falling through the cracks and no plans need to be made for mail forwarding and the like.
We provide you with “goldilocks” reports – not too much, not too little, but just the right amount of detail so that you can see what your income and expenses are, where your cash is coming from, and where it is going.
Depending on your needs, we will also allocate credit card charges and provide supplemental reports to present information by property, boat, airplane, or family member. We provide information to you in a useful, accurate way.
You will have a list of your assets and other information so that it is clear what you own, how much it is worth, what you owe, and how much you are worth.
